Success By 6
Insurance for Children Project
The Project has successfully
helped to enroll over 3,330 children in Virginia’s health
insurance programs, FAMIS, FAMIS Plus and Medicaid.
Due to the success of the project
and excellent community support, 95% - 100% of eligible children
in Planning District Ten, Albemarle, Charlottesville, Fluvanna,
Greene, Louisa, and Nelson, are enrolled in one of these programs.
As we have successfully reached
our goals, the project concludes on June 30, 2006. Our exceptional
community partners will continue to assist families with applications.
